How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch, so the total estimated time is 8 to 16 business days.

Where do orders ship from?

We work with international fulfilment partners and ship directly from Asia. Our local returns center is based in Acworth, Georgia.

Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time we ship to addresses within the United States only. We're working on expanding to additional regions — join our newsletter to be notified when we ship to your country.

Are your products medical devices?

No. Our products are wellness and personal-care tools, not FDA-cleared medical devices. They are designed for relaxation, recovery, and self-care, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. If you have specific health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Are NOVARO products safe for me to use?

For most people, yes, when used as directed on each product page. Do not use any NOVARO product if you have a pacemaker, an implanted electronic medical device, are pregnant or trying to become pregnant, have epilepsy or a seizure disorder, are recovering from surgery, or have any other condition that may make device use unsafe, without first consulting a healthcare professional. Read the use guidance on each product page before first use.

What is your return policy?

You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it. A 20% restocking fee applies to standard returns, and customers cover return shipping. Some items (facial tools, eye masks, and other skin-contact devices) cannot be returned once the hygiene seal has been broken. If your item arrived damaged or defective, we cover everything and refund you in full. Full details are on our Returns page.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link by email within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also visit our Track Your Order page to check on a shipment any time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and PayPal.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local rates.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage and the packaging. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, no restocking fee, no return shipping cost on your end.
