Processing time

We process your order within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your payment.

Delivery time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery takes 7 to 14 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 8 to 16 business days from the moment you order.

Shipping costs

We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States.

How we ship

We work with USPS, UniUni, Hailify, and Piggyship to deliver your order. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email within 24 hours of dispatch.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Sales tax

All listed prices are in US Dollars. Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
