Return window
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
Order cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it by emailing support@trynovaro.com. After 12 hours, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled, but you can return it once it arrives.
What condition must the item be in?
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all components and accessories included. Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging or components cannot be returned.
For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable once the seal has been broken: facial tools, eye masks, and any device that comes into direct skin contact.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned: opened personal-care or hygiene-sensitive items (where the seal has been broken), items marked as final sale, and gift cards.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Estimated return shipping is between $8 and $12, depending on your location, item size, and the carrier you choose. If your item arrived damaged or defective, we cover the full return shipping cost.
Are there any restocking fees?
Yes. A 20% restocking fee applies to standard returns, calculated on the original product price (excluding any shipping costs). The fee is deducted from your refund.
The restocking fee does NOT apply if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- We shipped you the wrong item
- The item materially differs from its product description
In those cases you receive a full refund and we cover return shipping. For all other returns (change of mind, item not as expected for personal preference reasons), the 20% fee applies.
Example: if you return a $100 item, your refund will be $80 ($100 minus the 20% restocking fee), and you cover return shipping ($8-$12).

My item arrived damaged, what now?
If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, no restocking fee, no return shipping cost.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 5 business days. The refund is issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to appear on your statement.
Partial refunds
In some cases a partial refund may be granted, for example when an item is returned with minor signs of use or missing original packaging. We will always contact you before processing a partial refund.
